7. Refunds & Cancellations Policy (Direct Events)

This policy applies only when 69 Entertainment Brand Ltd is the direct organiser of an event:

• Refunds: Tickets are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be granted if:
  • - The event is cancelled outright.
  • - The event is rescheduled and you cannot attend the new date.
  • - A significant change to the event (venue or headline act) materially impacts your purchase.
• Cancellations by Attendees: No refunds will be provided for attendee cancellations, no-shows, or inability to attend due to travel or personal reasons.
• Event Changes: We reserve the right to change event details (e.g., line-up, venue, timing) without issuing refunds, unless such changes materially alter the nature of the event.
• Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 14–28 working days, subject to bank/payment processor timelines.
